At this time, we ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.

2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday). Weekends and public holidays aren't counted as business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information right away.

3. Daily Cut-Off
Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET are processed the same business day. Anything placed after that cut-off rolls over to the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on every order shipped within the U.S. If an express option is available for your order, you'll see it as a choice at checkout.

5. Delivery Estimates
Once dispatched, packages typically arrive within:

United States: 5–8 business days in transit

Combined with processing time, most orders arrive within 6–11 business days total. Please keep in mind these are estimates only — carrier delays, regional disruptions, and high-volume periods (like holidays) can affect actual delivery times.

6. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

7. Address Accuracy
It's the customer's responsibility to double-check that shipping information is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping it.
