30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return due to change of mind, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original, unaltered condition
- With all tags still attached
- Returned in their original packaging
Starting a Return
Please contact us at info@bookerboutique.com before sending your item back. Include your order number and the reason for your return. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the return is the result of our error — such as an incorrect, defective, or damaged item. Approved returns should be sent to our warehouse address: 50 Terminal St Bldg 2 Unit 414, Charlestown, MA 02129, United States
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know promptly so we can review the issue and make it right, consistent with applicable state consumer protection laws.
Exchanges
Looking to exchange an item? Contact us first. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original order and then place a new order separately.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether it's been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to complete the process.
